First class customer care shown by young employee
John Allen writes: I normally call in the Nationwide in Ilkeston on a Friday afternoon and sometimes when I call in there’s an elderly man that I know just sitting after being served, getting ready for walking home again. He’ll always speak to those that know him when they walk in but it was lovely to see a young girl who works in the branch sat having a chat with him today. Customer care can be taught but many young people lack social skills, so well done to that young lady for simply taking the time to have a chat with him – and who knows how much it helped him….well done for excellent customer service.
