Mini Zoo Visits Canal Vue Care Home

Residents of an Ilkeston care home had some unusual visitors the other day.
The Mobile Mini Zoo company brought along some animals for them to hold and make friends with.
Naomi Allsop, Activities Coordinator at Canal Vue Care Home said: “It was an amazing visit embraced by everyone who wanted to meet these animals. Handling a Tarantula was a first for many of us, an experience we will never forget, but the best bit had to be Skunk who just wanted loads of cuddles.”
