After a pitch inspection at 9 this morning the game was declared ON.
Atherton Collieries FC was formed in 1916 by miners from six pits who were trying to raise money for locals involved in the war effort.
This is believed to be the first ever meeting between Ilkeston and Atherton Collieries.
