TV cameras will capture street run finish

The end is in sight for street runners Ian Jackson and his son-in-law Oliver Finch.
The pair who set out to run down all 644 streets in Ilkeston are due to complete their task this coming Sunday.
Ian has contacted us to say:
“The RUN ILSON challenge finale is next Sunday 5th November. We will be running from The Copse (just past the Mallard) down Heanor Road, up Bath Street and finishing in front of the Town Hall.
“The run will start at 9am prompt and we should finish between 9.20 and 9.30. The BBC will have cameras there filming the end of the challenge.
“We would love it if anyone would like to run with us or be on the Market Place cheering us on!!!!”
Ian and Oliver are raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK and Ben’s Den. They started their run in September turning out two or three times a week.
At the moment the total they have raised is just short of £1,200.
