Handing over the device is John Allen of John and Levi Allen Plumbing and Heating Limited.
As part of their commitment to Gas Safety Week which highlights the importance of regular safety checks, John and grandson Levi give an alarm and a free boiler service to someone in the area.
John said: “It’s something we do to draw attention to how important it is to have Gas appliances checked and serviced on a regular basis.”
