Dallimore Primary and Nursery School, Kirk Hallam has been presented with a gold award for Modeshift Stars at an assembly. In the picture are PE co-ordinator Lucy Haywood and Rob Bounds from the award scheme.
The school is now up for a regional award against schools in Notts, Staffordshire, Leicestershire and Warwickshire.
Dallimore is one of only two Derbyshire schools nominated.
The schools are competing to be the best in demonstratng excellence in supporting cycling, walking and other forms of sustainable travel.
