Resident voices are the heart of Erewash so the council wants to know – how can we ensure your voice is being heard loud and clear?
Erewash Borough Council are committed to making sure communication is a two-way street by speaking your language and using the platforms that work best for you.
To do this, the council are asking about a couple of topics like how you currently get information about the council, and about the quality and accessibility of information available to you. Make sure to share your thoughts in the short survey before 5.00pm on Friday 14 November 2025 at https://letstalk.erewash.gov.uk
This isn’t just a survey; it’s a chance to help shape the future of how the council connects with the community. Your feedback will help to improve everything from the council’s website and social media to newsletters and local outreach.
Erewash Borough Council’s Leader, Councillor James Dawson who is the Lead Member for Strategic Policy, said: “We’re not just listening, we’re ready to act. This is your opportunity to tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to see more of. It only takes a few minutes, but your input will have a lasting impact on how we serve you. We look forward to building a more connected Erewash thanks to your feedback.”
