Members of Ilkeston Theatre Company took time out to give a special performance of their pantomime The Sleeping Beauty to the residents of Oliver House Nursing Home.
The residents and family members sat together and enjoyed the pantomime and afterwards joined in with the singing of Christmas carols.
Carol Lawson, Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator at the home, said: “It was lovely and touched our hearts. The residents loved the show and enjoyed joining in with the carols. I think it showed the true spirit of Christmas. The residents were made to feel special and loved. Our heartfelt gratitude to the group, they were amazing!”
