Ilkeston Town Ladies put up a great fight in their first ever Women’s FA Cup 3rd qualifying round tie today.
They went down narrowly to Telford Ladies at the SEAH Stadium, considered to be one of the best non-League football grounds in the country.
It was a plucky performance but the Ilkeston ladies lost by the odd goal of five.
