Ilkeston swimming ace Isabella Parsons-Loades has enjoyed more successes.
Following on from her achievements at the County Swimming Championships, she qualified for the East Midlands Regional Swimming Championships which was held at Corby International Swimming Pool over 2 weekends.
Isabella had qualified for every event, but chose to swim nine in total over the 2 weekends to give her the best possible chance of a regional gold medal and title.
The East Midlands Regional Swimming championships has the top swimmers competing from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire, to fight it out for the title and gold medal.
Isabella, 12, who attends Friesland Secondary School, secured first place Gold medal and Regional Champion titles in 3 events 50m, 100m and 200m Breaststroke events, together with a third place Bronze in the 800 Freestyle, she also made finals in the 200 IM and 100m Butterfly.
Isabella trains 7 days a week and will now be working towards British and National qualification times to compete at British Championships.
