A new portfolio holder has been appointed to lead Erewash Borough Council’s continued drive to boost town centres and work with local businesses on breathing new life into the borough’s High
Streets.Councillor Bryn Lewis will help spearhead moves to capitalise on any government town centre funding that may be available and his wider role will see him leading on proactive work with licensing enforcement, the markets and tourism opportunities – while he will also play a part in the heritage and conservation of the town centres.
