Fish and Chips is Friday’s favourite dinner for Oliver House residents. Eating them on a greaseproof imitation newspaper entitled ”The Daily Catch” today put a smile on their faces.
On the side were mushy peas and sprinkle of salt and vinegar.
Wellbeing and activities coordinator Carol Lawson said: “The meal served like this stimulates memories and a sense of smell. This was borne out when resident Shiela Sutton remarked that the wooden fork was missing!”
