A Jurassic adventure!

Return to the time when dinosaurs roamed the Earth this summer when dinos of all shapes and sizes will be delighting the visitors at Erewash Museum! Join in with a week of prehistoric fun, games and adventures all themed around our Jurassic friends.

The event runs 11am-3pm throughout the week beginning Tuesday 3 to Saturday 7 August featuring a special guest appearance on Friday 6 August from Pete, the animatronic baby T-Rex and his friends the baby dinos, who will be roaming and roaring around the museum grounds meeting the visitors. Have a roar-some time making dinosaur-themed crafts with free activity sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The museum is open with brand new exhibitions, including Hidden Gems and the new Danny Corns Gallery. Refreshments will be available to purchase in the Old Stables Tearoom and don’t forget to have a browse around the exciting new toys and merchandise in the museum gift shop.

Toilets and changing facilities will be available and hand sanitiser provided throughout the building.

Entry is £2.50 with free admission for under 2s.
