There's a lot of work going on at the former Salvation Army hall on Chapel Street, as this photo by Ian Potter shows.
The building held its last worship meeting in July 2015.
While closed it was broken into and trashed beyond recognition.
Because of the extent of the damage and defacement, the Salvation Army abandoned its plans to turn it into a day centre to help people in need.
At last a buyer has been found.
