Press Release: West Hallam police offer residents the chance for ‘Cuppa with a Copper’

Cannon, Paul, 16745
Our officers from the Ilkeston Rural Safer Neighbourhood team are offering residents of West Hallam the chance to join them for a ‘Cuppa with a Copper’ this weekend.
The event is being held at Brew and Bake, The Dales Shopping Centre, West Hallam on Saturday, May 4, between 1pm and 2pm.
The team will be there to speak to residents about any concerns they may have about policing issues in the village or perhaps to get some crime prevention advice.
Sergeant Mark Gould, who is in charge of the Safer Neighbourhood teams in Erewash, said “This is an opportunity for the team to be at a set place at a set time in the heart of the community.
“West Hallam is a safe and pleasant place to live but we are not complacent and would urge anyone with any concerns to come and visit the team.”
