Tracey and Darren Parker:
We run a registered charity: Ben’s Den. During the summer a small micro brewery and a local pub set about brewing a beer to support the charity. The beer, Bucket and Spade, named because Ben’s Den provides holidays for chidren being treated for cancer. We have 4 caravans at the Haven site in Mablethorpe and are continually fund raising to provide free holidays. Urban Chicken the brewer and The Crafty One came up with the idea to help raise funds. The beer was very poular and sold out within a couple of weeks! £400 made from the sales!!
