This is so annoying to people who take a pride in their town. Someone has vandalised a hanging basket on Bath Street, opposite Heron. ‘Devine Girl’ has sent this picture and says: “Summer is at its end and we still have lovely flowers in late bloom, then someone decides to vandalise them. This is not weather damage. Shame on them.”
