Lights Switch On Join Erewash Borough Council for a magical evening of festive fun, seasonal sights, live music and free family entertainment at Ilkeston’s big Christmas Lights switch-on.
Ilkeston Brass Band will get the event underway on the Market Place at 5.30pm before a local band takes the stage at 6.20pm to get the crowds singing along to the classic hits – with a generous sprinkling of Christmas songs as well!
The Mayor of Erewash, will ‘light up’ the town at 7pm to officially launch the Christmas season. There will also be a fun fair and more to keep the whole family entertained.
