Ilkeston FC’s friendly pre-season match against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday 13th July has been cancelled. This follows a change of management at Forest. Forest will instead play elsewhere.

The Robins issued the following statement: “We would like to apologise to fans for the late notice, but this was out of the hands of Ilkeston FC. To fans who have already purchased tickets to this game, refunds will be made.”

So Ilkeston’s first proper match will be against Notts County on the following Saturday 16th July, 3pm at the New Manor Ground.
