Married on St Valentine's Day
On Friday 14th. February (St. Valentine’s Day) the wedding took place of Mr. James Witham and Janet Thornhill at the Nottingham Road site of Ilkeston Methodist Church. The Reverend Stephen Pratt officiated at the marriage ceremony.
Approximately 50 relatives and friends came to support Janet and Jim at the service. One special lady was Mrs. Eileen Berresford who was also celebrating – her 92nd birthday!!
