Massive congratulations to the Ilkeston Winter Shelter team who have received a Mayor’s Community Award tonight. Take a bow all involved. Tremendous compassionate effort that has lifted the profile of Ilkeston. Not just a shelter but the best shelter, where our community has come together to bring some sunshine into the lives of homeless people.
