On Saturday 10th November Shipley WI joined forces with Shipley Parish Council to commemorate the Shipley Boys who went off to war and never returned.
WI members decorated the village with knitted and hand painted poppies and invited everyone back to the Parish Room to enjoy their homemade cakes, crafts and children’s games . It was a wonderful Community Event .
