Animal Magic

Mar 31, 2016

Fun animal-themed activities will be on offer at Erewash Museum for the second week of the school holidays between 4-8 April.

Youngsters will be able to enjoy free crafts between 11am and 3pm from Monday to Thursday and on Friday some cute and cuddly animals will be in the museum gardens when White Post Farm pays a visit – always one of the most popular holiday events.

Councillor Mike Wallis, Erewash Borough Council’s Lead Member for Culture and Leisure, says:

“There is always lots of school holiday fun on offer at the museum, but our animal week is always a firm family favourite – especially the visit by White Post Farm. Do go along and have some fun while taking a look at our new extension and tea room.”

Erewash Museum is just off the High Street in Ilkeston town centre, a short walk from the Market Place. Admission is free and it is open Monday to Saturday during school holidays between 10am-4pm.
