An action-packed Holiday Club activity programme of non-stop fun and games has been lined up for a summer celebration throughout the school holidays.

Erewash Borough Council’s Holiday Club is always a big hit with youngsters and will again offer a whole range of activities for children aged 5-14 years throughout the school break between Monday 27 July and Friday 4 September.

Entertainment and a whole range of activities are among the summer fun on offer at all four of the council’s leisure centre – West Park Leisure Centre, Long Eaton; Sandiacre Friesland Sports Centre; and Ilkeston’s Victoria Park Leisure Centre and Rutland Sports Park.

In addition, Erewash Museum will once again host its popular themed weeks through the school holiday.

Councillor Mike Wallis, Erewash Borough Council’s Lead Member for Culture and Leisure, says:

“It’s summer holiday time and we are delighted to once again be offering non-stop activities across the borough to keep children entertained and active throughout.”

A copy of the Holiday Club guide can be picked up from any of the four leisure centres, Erewash
Museum or from Ilkeston and Long Eaton Town Hall receptions. It can also be downloaded at www.erewash.gov.uk/theholidayclub
